Gite arranged in a small detached house located on a ground of 1500 m² divided with the house of the owner, in edge of the village of MUTZIG and at the foot of a hill of old orchards.  This choice, ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children or for 3 adults, is a starting point for the discovery of Alsace, the visit of Strasbourg or the walks in the in the Vosges mountain

    The ground floor includes:  a room with an integrated kitchen (piece of furniture in white oak with furnace, hood, dishwasher, plates with 4 induction fire, refrigerator/freezer, microwave furnace, fireplace with insert, blue resin sink...) and a meal corner (a table 120x80 + 4 chairs + TV);  an entry with arrangement and staircase to access on the first floor; a bathroom (shower, wash-hand basin, WC, washing machine).

    The first floor includes: a bedroom with 1 bed 2 person (140x190), 1 bed 1 person (90x190) & 1 sofa bed: can be transformed to 1 bed 1 person (80x190), a drawing room corner with a desk, a TV and a DVD reader.  Terrace paved with garden furniture and barbecue - private external car park .

    Heating in addition:  with 4 electric radiant radiators or a chimney with firewood:  see conditions below.

Gite located in calms residential district, with 4km of the wine road of Alsace, at the foot of the Vosges mountain and at 25 min. (train or motorway) from Strasbourg.  Trade with the surroundings (2 shopping centers:  to 1 km and 4 km);  doctors, dentists, pharmacy  inside Mutzig (1km);  Mutzig/Molsheim swimming pool (2,5km).


By train: go down at the MUTZIG station on T.E.R.  line (STRASBOURG <=> St DIE), which is at 5min  of the lodging.  Then pass the level crossing towards DORLISHEIM (towards the barracks) then, in the 1st turn on the left, take towards the line the « 3 pics » street and then 2nd on the right, the « des roses » street.

By car:  leave, at MOLSHEIM exit, the A352 motorway which comes from STRASBOURG. Then turn left to the 1st round to cross DORLISHEIM towards MUTZIG.  At the entry of MUTZIG, in end of the straight line which passes in front of the barracks, take on the left the “3 pics” street then, 2nd on the right, the “des roses” street .

  • The tarif is a function of the period of the year. For 2011 it varies between 330€ and 400€ per week according to weeks' concerned as defined in the table of the “Availabilities -Tariff” web page of this site .

  • The tariff suggested corresponds to a hiring per week, including the consumption of water, electricity and, if necessary, firewood for the fireplace for a normal use of the lodging.
  • The cost of heating, using the electric radiant radiators or the wood fireplace with insert, is included in this tariff.
  • This tariff integrates the supply of the products to facilitate your cleaning of the lodging and a practical kit to simplify your installation (2 pastilles of detergent for wash crockery, 1 amounts of detergent for Washing machin, 2 toilet paper rollers, 1 roller of wipe paper and a bag dustbin).
  • The household linen (Bed linen, towels, gloves) is not included in this offer.
  • The visitor's tax required by the commune, which remains moderate (0,25€ for anybody per day in 2007), is in addition.
  • For any particular request, for the requests for hirings the week end, or part of the week , please consult us.

Some useful precise details:

  • An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the arrival and the end of your stay. A payment of security of 150 € will be requested at the arrival and will be restored following the inventory of fixtures at the departure. Any loss or damage will give place to a compensation according to scale for replacement placed at your disposal in the lodging.

  • Except agreement of our share, the number of tenant will not have to exceed the capacity of reception of the lodging.

  • By reason of safety, and for the comfort of the other tenants, it is not authorized to smoke in the lodging.

  • The pets are not authorized (please consult us for particular cases of small animals).

  • Our tariff includes the normal consumption of water, electricity and firewood for the use of the lodging by its occupants in any season. Individual meters of water and electricity in the lodging make it possible to follow its consumption.

  • The visitor's tax will be to regulate, before your departure, with the owner who will undertake his annual payment to the commune of Mutzig.

  • Two covers by bed are placed for your disposal in the lodging.
